The Metaltron!

Metaltron is originally just a Dalek who was fighting in the Great Time War. When Doctor used the The Moment to destroy Skaro and Gallifrey, Metaltron fell on Ascension Island circa 1962, Earth and found by Henry Van Statten. He named the dalek Metaltron and kept the dalek like his own property. When Rose touched Metaltron, it fixed itself using Rose's DNA. When it was released, it absorbed the Internet; it knew everything on the Internet. After killing about 200 people at the museum belonged to Henry Van Statten, it starts to evolve, because of Rose's DNA and got human's personalities.

In the end, it gets order from Rose to destroy itself and Metaltron obeyed Rose

and exterminated itself
